CICS has offices that work together to help people with disabilities, their families, and their caregivers find the services and support they need, both short-term and long-term. Disability Services Navigators are available to meet you in your community. While their work often begins from the offices listed below, these are not full-time work locations. They travel throughout the counties noted in their listings, so please call ahead before visiting an office to meet with them.

CICS helps by providing information, referrals, and service plans, as well as checking in to make sure Iowans receive the right support to live healthy, independent lives. CICS determines eligibility for funding, provides details about available services in your area, and assists with referrals to service providers.

Office Hours

Disability Services Navigators often have walk-in hours from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. However, because they may be working in different counties, please call ahead to confirm their location or check their schedules.
