CICS CONTACT AND LOCATION INFORMATION

CICS has offices in 12 counties that work together to develop support for people with brain health challenges or intellectual and other developmental disabilities. Individuals seeking funding for brain health disability services can visit the local office in their area or call for an application. CICS will determine eligibility for funding, provide specific information about services and support in the area, and assist with referrals for service providers.

Office Hours

CICS office hours are generally 8:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 12:30 p.m.-4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Please call the CICS main phone number at 515-513-6870 to connect with CICS staff to schedule an appointment.

As CICS staff may be out of the office during open office hours for other meetings and appointments and some CICS offices are limitedly staffed, we suggest scheduling an appointment.
