Disability Services Navigator

Collaborative Individual and Community Supports (CICS) is accepting applications for full-time Disability Services Navigator anticipated to be officed in Spirit Lake, Spencer, Waverly, Decorah, Ottumwa, and Fort Madison. These positions are responsible for coordinating supports and services for individuals with disabilities, Information and Assistance, and Options Counseling, and provide outreach services. These positions work closely with individuals and families, service providers, and the public.

A bachelor’s degree is required with 30 semester hours or equivalent quarter hours in a human services field and at least one year of experience in the delivery of services to individuals with disabilities. Background and criminal checks and a preemployment physical will be completed. Includes insurance, retirement, vacation, and other PTO.
